Our CSGMs are often in-game and available to help! If you would like to get a hold of a CSGM, please submit a ticket through the ticket system and a CSGM will respond to your issue as soon as possible.

If you are new to the game, and when you try to login using your Steam account, you are given an incorrect password prompt, this means that someone else is using the same Steam alias as you.
If you are new to the game, and when you try to login using your Steam account, you are given an incorrect password prompt, this means that someone else is using the same Steam alias as you.
When you login with Steam, the only info that Steam gives us access to, are your Steam ID and alias. Hence the problem.
There are two ways to fix this. Pick one:
If you create an account on MyAlganon.com, you can still use the Steam client to log in. In which case, you can just use either the Alganon username/password or the Steam login button once the game starts.
