Transfer Restrictions Lifted!

As we prepare for the April release we've gone ahead and vanquished the restrictions that used to exist for transferred characters.  No longer will you have your gold, items and gear removed!  Now those along with your  actions, abilities, tradeskills, studies and level will be moved to the destination server.
