Ranger Accuracy Base and Cap?

Anyone know the base accuracy rate for rangers? If I am a level 50 ranger with a bow skill of 250 and no abilities to increase my chance to hit, what accuracy percent is needed to maximize not missing a shot against a boss mob (whatever their level will be(54?)) ?

Also, what is the accuracy cap? At which percent will equipping more items with +accuracy give no additional value?

(For those unfamiliar with stat caps, an example would be: if a rangers accuracy is 'capped' at 98%, and their base accuracy is 89%, then anything that gives +accuracy after reaching 9% (98-89)would be a wasted stat)

I`m gonna add to this and also let the cat out of the bag about acc since I`m sure it`s gonna be fixed soon. The percentage lvl on acc is based right now on 1000%. I know this because of the programing error infecting the accuracy stats. I can have a accuracy of 250 with no gear and have only 25% rating in the character window. With this said, I wonder how much of all the other stats are screwed up. To get you high acc, swap out a piece of gear and back(ie a ring). Its amazing how acc makes the conditions more equal when in melee, and how the number of crit hits happen. In the same time I can still miss with a weapon even when my weapon skill is 210+ verses same lvl of mob and I have a high acc. I guess 1+1=3.

This system has caused a lot of confusion for our players. Rather than explain it to you here however we intend to release a blog post with some of the mechanics so that you aren't digging up old threads to try and find the explanation.
