Second, all pre-orders will receive at least two months for free. This is to compensate for the difference in unit/client pricing. Plainly speaking, we are weighing the value of your pre-order to compensate for the new launch price discount by giving free months of play.
Third, for those for those of you who purchased the 3, 6, and 12 month plans, we are putting together additional compensation, but it’s going to take just a bit of time to finalize. Since all preorders will be playing for free over the next few months, please be patient as we refine the details for the prepaid subscriptions (vs. the pre-order) and be assured we will be emailing each one of you with the final “picture” of compensation for these changes.
Thanks!

You have the 39.99 charge from when you purchased the client. Due to the price cut we have granted all pre-order customers two free months of play. This means that the 30-day free time that comes with your client purchase doesn't begin to get used up until Febuary instead of yesterday. Does that make sense?
In addition to tthis, for people that pre-paid 3, 6, or 12 months, we are lining up additional compensation due to the price dispariy int he 9.95 vs 14.95 monthly pricing.

Heck even on Lotro account it showed my start day, my bonuses my monthly billing, the day the billing cycle ends etc etc... A whole lot more then what I look at here... Name address and card number is all.
Also why not be up front about your pricing??? Why does a new person have to create a account first just to find out how much the game cost. The FAQ sends you to the account set up page but gives you no info untill several pages later

The beta sign up link at the top of the main site and myalganon site pages needs to be updated to "signup", or removed. Maybe we are now paying to play a still beta game phase... but the game is now "live" and has been released. It's not in beta. Having the beta signup link there is just confusing new people.
I also note that in the already subscribed accounts there is no option to change your subscription unless you first cancel it. That needs to be addressed as well. If I want to now pay for 3-6 months at a time, or a full year in advance, it should be an option that is obviously available. Or if you allow game time cards to be purchased online or in-stores, that too should be in the options in an obvious place that is easy to find and read about.

You can change your subscription via the modify subscription page. Currently the only subscription type being offered is the 30day plan thus when you go to the page that's all you see.
