When I try to use a portal to take my talrok characters over to the ashar mainland, the map doesn't draw in the area and I am left standing in the middle of a white screen or I am standing on nothing and I see the land drawn in but am unable to move to it. Also when I look at the minimap I see a black box shape where the area in question should be. Can you help me as I need to get over that side to continue questing.
