Failed to connect to server AGAIN

Ok i've done everything i could, shut off all my anti-virus/firewalls still nothing then i opened all the ports for the game again, still not working.. Wtf is going on?!
Are you still unable to connect at this time? We had a brief server outage last night/this morning that may have been the cause for you not being able to connect.
If you're still unable to connect, you can try renaming or deleting the Alganon folder found in the Documents directory and attempting to connect again to see if you still get the "Failed to Connect" message when trying to log in.

Just to be clear, you're getting the message "Failed to Connect to Server" after entering your username and password at the login screen, correct?

If you have Windows Vista or 7, Defender comes with it and is lumped in with your virus protection/firewall settings in Control Panel. If you're using XP, then it should be a program listed in your start menu programs list. If you're using 7, please type "defender" into the search bar in your start menu and see if it pops up.

I'll try that, but i have to go out right now so expect an late reply. Thanks for the help!Do you have Windows Defender running on your computer? If so, try to make sure that it isn't blocking Alganon in any way.

Might want to try contacting your ISP to see if they have any sort of firewalls or anything set up on their end that are preventing you from connecting to games if you're seeing similar issues with other games in addition to ours.

Tried that, my father is a developer of program and he is very tight in the routers security. He wants to know wich ports are used and wich are TCP and UCP

By default, the client uses port 3845 both TCP and UDP.

If possible, maybe try connecting directly to your modem instead of using a router.

Instead of plugging your cord into the router, plug it directly into the modem.
Like I said, "If possible"... this may not be possible given the location of your computer in relation to your modem and router.
Unfortunately, there seems to be something stopping you from connecting on your end either within your software setup or your ISP and past trying to rule out your router as a possible suspect there is not much more I can suggest.

And how would i do that?
