Does the bitter end snare/root also effect Cone of Cold ? I did see you can increase its range but I havent had a need to do so in PvE because I single target bosses.
Would it be possible to add an aoe mez or something like it in the Elec line ? I know you have a single target stun but Im always on cold duty and wanted more information for Crowd Control.

Are you referring to the Absolute Zero ability in the Frost tree? (gives Frozen Blood a % chance to root for 3 seconds). If so, Cone of Cold applies Frozen Blood, so yes, if you have Absolute Zero specced Cone of Cold would have a root chance.
On a related note, if you do the above I would recommend an added 1 point in Cold Hardening (additional 25% slowing on Frozen Blood-affected enemies).

Ok cool. I have it but I cant always remember the names of the abilities. Will the range/radius increase for pvp or stay where its at ? Is it possible to have a Focus type talent for all trees so you dont have to spec in fire for that 1 ability ? A master of any "magic" should gain that benifit from his own mastery. Could u merge it into one of the other lesser abilities in the fronst/elec lines ?

As to the other questions, for the moment the PvP range/radius will be staying as-is with potential to change once further PvP designs are in. For the spells/abilities, I've mentioned to you in other threads that we have no plans to add additional spells/abilities at this time. I do appreciate the suggestions (keep them coming!) and we'll mix them in with our design discussions, but asking for a definite answer on creating new spell/ability content in multiple threads will net you the same answer.

A few more questions while Im picking your brain. If fire has a "crowd Control" ability I would have seen it when I was specc'd all fire. Is there a possibility in the future to add a knockdown or maybe a pushback so that all 3 offer something. Fire seems the most gimp but I enjoyed it and the affinity wasnt "group" friendly compared to Cold.
Is there a reduction of focus costs if you spec heavy in 1 tree, and more costly for using another you have no spec in other than places in the talent tree ? Is that something you could forsee happening in the future ?
