I like that your trying to be unique in a free to play era that other mmos dont allow you to play awhile to see if you want to fork out the dough.
What I would like to see change is a monthly fee trade off for reduced studies, 3 other classes u started working on and scrapped or pvp/ keeps.
I also would like to see the Kuji skins changed. I understand that the game is basically a WOW clone/engine. What I dont understand is why the Kuji have to look like the draeni(sp?) I would enjoy a more unique look if possible.

I also would like to see a xp bonus for grouping with people not a negative impact on XP to promote a community. I despised that about WOW and loved it from DAOC. Daoc rewarded people for grouping and scaled the mobs a tad. WOW promoted a solo grind which I couldnt stand and hated with a passion and is why I sold my account.

I also would like to see a family hierloom system once u get a 50 on an account so it will be easier to level other characters. Class balance needs to be addressed. A ranger shouldn't have almost every stat gain 2 points and out tank a dps reaver. There needs to be an anti-ranger class- your assasin or phrophet, or warden maybe. I am very excited about those and interested in seeing them finished- hopefully.

I would like to see a revamp of the skill trees. One for example is the the mages PBAoE with a 3s recast. If you have a leveling group and their tanks hold aggro well you shouldnt hinder the cast for 3s or maybe a extra skill that allows u to shave off cast times.

I really enjoy your game but I (as stated) would prefer to go with a $10 monthly billing cycle over paying for abilities needed to compete in game.
Siegecraft- Are those items once bought a 1 time thing or a scroll/ability to make a siege engine ?

You might want to look at Dark Ages reknown award system for divying points to keep players hooked on pvp. 1 point for someone isnt a hook. Also give a % for healers healing and resing targets. So these people will want to do their jobs and not be a nuker speccd healer. That bit Dark Age in the ass for a few years.
The usual LOS bugs and errors are here n there in game but every MMO has them so I dont chose to beat you up about it.
Keep up the good work and Ill see you in game!

Some nice ideas.

Personally, If a subscription option was available with this F2P game (like LOTRO has done), I would most likely pay it. Maybe if a player subs, they are rewarded with 2000 or so Tribute each monthly cycle. I would pay a sub and still buy items and such from the shop.
I think Turbine have really nailed F2P and most hardcore players of their games buy the subscriptions too.
I think you would find a few Alganon players would indeed pay the subscription.

As for classes, yes, I think it would be great for an Assassin class or even a paladin-esk class that can heal and even tank. Healing is very important and quite a few players like myself are not really into the whole cloth-healer classes. I understand a lot are into that, but I think it would be a good change.

As soon as this game builds more of a player base, I think you will find a lot of the people that doubted it would come running here and realize they were wrong.
I definitely think new classes, and a subscription option for the game as well as the new models we will be getting in the coming months, would be a good idea overall and hopefully draw some players for you.

I also think that after the models are done, you should deploy a marketing scheme over MMO sites to get some publicity. Sites like Xfire.com would be a good place to start.

Anyway, as I've done many times before, it's way too late here in Australia for me to be up and I shall be off to bed. G'night. <3

PS: Apologies for bad grammar due to me being awake for over 20 hours..

I would opt in to a $15 sub on a monthly basis. Currently, I just buy tribute points every so often to support development. I would spend $10 here, $40 there. If there is an option to have subscription in exchange for tribute and other benefits, it is definitely appealing.
