Maybe this is a stupid question,well not maybe of course it is but my id for game contains @ in it and i cant write monkey on login screen so is there some other key to do that or what?

If you are having issues with typing certain characters, what you could do is write the login out in notepad then copy/paste it into the login field. Also, you might try to change your login name at MyAlganon.com > My Home > My Account > Account ID info.
This issue usually arises with certain foreign keyboards.
