Hello,

In the past I purchased the old Alganon and pre-paid for a year or so.  The doors closed on the game and my money was graciously refunded.  My question is this:

Is my old account totally gone?  Wasn't sure if the old characters were still around or not.

Also, Super Pack, is there still the $19.99 special going on?  Thanks for any insight you may be able to provide.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you were just refunded the year of game time you purchased. Your account should still work, and since you already paid for the game, you should already have all the perks that come with the super pack. So jump back in! We'd love to see you in-game!
