something tells me there should be an ability in the spellsword tree that reduces the cooldown for the shocks i mean ur sposed to be kind of like a magic warrior, i think this will give more feel to that concept and be more intuitive for dealing damage for the spellsword champs and reavers

im thinking maybe the ability will reduce it from 12 seconds to 6-8 seconds

Or make them not share a cooldown? You already have the 2s global recast to contend with and a limited focus pool to keep you from chain nuking, don't see the need for the cooldowns.
