And I'm talking about in a market, on an ATM in some neighborhood. Not like a library or inside a bank. I kind of cover up the screen when I enter it with the click with pen thingie and I get the people near me get offended by this. I'm just a bit paranoid because someone taller than me was peering over once and I went and changed the PIN sequence.

Because I know I can memorize someone else's 4 digit PIN in one look, I don't know how fast other people's minds can react though.

LOL Covering up Doesnt always work..Some people can memorize tones..
Alot of those ATM keypads have sounds listen closely next time.

I am always paranoid with my personal info. In this day and age there is good reason to. I enter my pin in quickly and just act casual about it. It amazes me how much personal into that people throw out on the web.

There are different tones on those??!?!?! I guess I'm going to have to interfere with the noise by making my own noise from now on.

LMAO, now that's too paranoid! Plus, I have never been to a credit/debit machine that has a tone. Even if they did, 99.9% of the population wouldn't have those kind of memorization skills. You made me laugh so hard at the silliness and craziness of this post.

If you think about it there could be keypads made to have different tones for the blind.

Imagine how dangerous it would be to enter your key next to a blind guy, their sense of hearing is far more advanced than ours.

I get the Impression that you are a very Naive young man.
Alot of keypads do have tones or sounds listen closely next time you use one.
However,I was being silly but if you want to get technical a pin code wont do very much for you if you don't have the card to use it with.Especially at a ATM.
