Need Help With Ticket

I put in a ticket about a week ago and have had 0 response from anyone. My ticket I put in for was about me trying to update my credit card and it won't allow me to do so. Please someone help me! thanx.

Have you tried logging into MyAlganon.

Goto My Account/Billing info/Payment method.Change details there and save.
If you have then send an e-mail to them only thing i can think off.

Sorry if you have tried this

I do remember seeing that issue, and I'm certain I left a comment on it as well. I'll have to see if there was an issue with the comment going through, but in the meantime can you please give us any sort of message you're receiving when you try to update the information on MyAlganon.com?

Just to make things clear, I am using my debit card that has expired and has been renewed with the same numbers just new date and new code on back. Here is the message I get when entering it: Unable to update subscription - Error details: Invalid credit card number.

We've confirmed that there is an issue and are currently looking into it, but it's taking longer since it's an issue that deals with our 3rd party billing company as well. We're still diligently working towards a quick solution though.

So in other words... you forgot me. It's all good. lol
I did get it working, to let you know. What I had to do was take out all my info and hit Apply. I came back into the billing page and retyped my card and it worked. So ya, any who I'm good now, but, maybe I found a bug of some sorts for you guys? Thanx!

Yup, we're getting the parent issue dealt with so that people don't run into the same thing you did. Thanks for the update. :)
