When I enter into game I see the empty world - was not NPC or mobs

My 1-st enter to world - speak with NPC, kill 2 quest mobs (its very hard - It was difficult because of strange delays - I run normally but use of skils and loot very slowly.
)
my 2-3-4... enter - I do not see anybody !!!

I using cable connection, play from Ukraine.

I have made as you asked, but it seems to me that matter is not in my computer, and business in the Internet connection.
Whose provaiders is guilty I do not know. I played in many online of games, but such strange lags were not anywhere.
Game is displayed normally, and here about interrelation with the world it is necessary to wait for information updating on some minutes!!

Well the high numbers in the tracert show that the connection between the servers and your computer is possibly the issue. I'll get a developer involved to see if they can figure out a solution, but in the meantime could you try making sure your firewall is open to port 3845 and set to a TCP?

Ok so I'm having this same issue, sorta. Although its really just an issue of MASSIVE lag. It is taking several minutes before anything loads in game, and takes about 15-20 seconds for the game to register simple things like clicking accept on the first quest from the first npc when u create a character, and also about 15-20 seconds from the time i click attack before anything happens. This is not video lag, the game is running smoothly, its just absolutely massive lag in the game.

Ok so i was just tryin to play again, and was messin around with some stuff, and found something very interesting....... so during all this horrid lag... if i click the bug report button on the hotbar, it seems to cause the game to actually start doing something..... its really weird... like, i click a wolf and tell it to attack, it sits there and does nothing, and maybe attacks after 30 seconds, and i have to wait 30 seconds before the game updates with anything else happening... however, if i push the bug report button after telling it to attack, it actually does it right then, as if no lag.... but then will shortly go back to how it was... soooo if i keep pushign the bug report over and over, the game seems to work. however, to loot items, the bug report window needs to be closed, or it wont pop up any loot window, but then once the loot window is open, if i click the bug report button, it will do the auto loot, however, it wont let me loot AT ALL if i dont push that button... sooo what the heck is wrong with this game???????????????????????????

If you could send me a private message with your DXdiag info attached as a text document it would be helpful in finding out the issue here.

I would also like you to run a tracert for me. From the start menu, choose "Run" (or press Windows Key + R) and type in "cmd" to the text field and hit enter. In the command prompt window type "tracert 216.41.190.104" and hit enter. Once all the hops are timing out, you can hit CTRL + C and then Select All > Copy > and paste to a notepad text document.

Go ahead and send me the tracert along with the DXdiag and I will be able to look into this further.
