First, excellent patch.

I have a couple of questions about the notes under Ranger :

Predation now increases.. Should that be the ability Master Predator? Or having rank in overall Predation gives this as a bonus?

Reload redesigned. Is the delay reduction in addition to the current benefits of Reload, or a replacement?

Not sure about the Predation one, but to me, Reload looks aimed at raising auto-attack ranged DPS, while at the same time raising focus regen from the regen-focus-on-each-auto-attack aspect of the Predation Stance.

The ability is titled Master Predator, the buff gained is called predation. So tech. The patch notes are correct in saying that the buff Predation is well buffed. However there should be a note that the ability tooltip was changed to reflect this change to the buff.

If that makes sense...
