Hi,

I just purchased the game last week and my characters aren't showing up in the character list. I'm wondering if there is a free 30 days before the subscription hits and I they won't display on the list until the sub is active or if it's something else. Thanks

Try changing realms (servers) and coming back to the original server. Let me know if that helped you, and if you are still having issues, you can message me and we'll look into what the cause is.

You have to transfer your character from servers.

You can try typing in your character name in the search box. The character list last time I counted was around 2,000 and the display you get without putting in filters or a name are only 200.

Hi this is a character on Adrios. I did log onto the Hokk server and then back but when I search for my character "Decus" not getting any results.
