So I hope to create new character ingame when 1.6 patch is out. Am I right?
That reminder on MyAlganon looks like whole account will expire (all characters). It would be sad.

I know where you are coming from. It gets to be a real pain if I wish to try out the trial for a game from time to time to see if things have changed.
To be honest, if companies wish to attract people, putting such a restriction in the way, can push away the ones 'sitting on the fence'.
Be nice to see how others feel about it.

From the look of it you'd have to create another account to find out what's been implemented in future patches as you're limited to only 7 days free play per account created.

Pretty much. The 7 day trial should be enough to get a feel for the game and see if you'd like to purchase it, but I realize that with any game that grows with the players, things change, and some people want to see that progression before they commit to a purchase. At the moment, the only way to continue a trial-based view of the game will be to create a new MyAlganon account (which can become cumbersome if you have too many!), but we are hoping that people that are more apt to create multiple accounts will find the game to their liking, purchase it and play along with the rest of us.
Also, I don't know if I'm alone on this or not, but I still look at the patch notes for games I'm not subscribed to anymore to see what improvements/changes have been made. Maybe I'm just nosey

I still read patch notes on games I've left for several months after I've gone. Although the 2 games of interest (WoW, EQ2) only do 3 monthly updates now which I find to be very disappointing, just another reason to grow bored so much faster with them. Anyway occasionally when I find free time I go to the forums and read some of the dev threads also. Also, I don't know if I'm alone on this or not, but I still look at the patch notes for games I'm not subscribed to anymore to see what improvements/changes have been made.
