I played the Beta with no problems and enjoyed it. Came back recently for the free trial and was unable to get into game from character launch screen. Uninstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled. Got into the game ONCE. Had to log off, came back an hour later, couldn't get into game. Uninstalled, reloaded. Still can't get into game.

I'm happy to subscribe, but games are for relaxation, not frustration. Never knowing whether you can get into a game or not only creates anxiety, not a sense of expectation.

Hope you guys are able to fix your launcher problem before too long. I'll check back from time to time to see if you have. But until them, I'm canceling my subscription. No reason for me to pay for a game I don't have a reasonable expectation of playing.

You are one of the unlucky few having this problem. The CSGM staff has been quite helpful in solving this for others. If you email them at support@qol.com with your character name and any other useful info, I am sure they will get back to you this weekend if not today.

I am unlucky also..Haven't been able to get past the logon screen, the server disconnects me each time...I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice..no luck. What is going on ?? BTW: this is Copper Maker of adrios server (mumtinie) I did e-mail Parilis@qol.com two days ago. :/

Now, you guys are all unable to log into the subscriber servers (Adrios and Hokk)? Or are we talking about the Trial Server (Toskala)? The original poster made it seem as if he couldn't get into the trial server but then mentioned that he was canceling his subscription.

If you're a high level on one of the subscription servers I may just need to move your character, so I would just need your character name and realm. If you cannot log into any of your characters on a subscription server then we'll need to look into it further. You can post back here or shoot me a private message.

I went ahead and moved Copper back to Andar, so let me know if that fixes your login issues.

I know she has been having an ongoing issue with Copper, but not with other toons. I have not seen her ingame for a couple days though, maybe just the holidays I hope.
