Will we ever see this game boxed in a store? I just heard about there being new classes and races ready for when it does? I most likely don't know what I'm talking about, but I would like to know for sure.

I wouldn't expect to see that any time soon. The expansions are supposed to be free, so they wouldn't be sold that way,
Although I could see a boxed version of the base product + expansion as part of the marketing push when the first expansion (a few new classes, PvP, and who knows what else) is released -- assuming that the financials make sense.
