I've reported this but here's a heads up for fellow Magus-- I noticed today when I hovered over the Ethereal Mark debuff on my target that after I cast Rank 3 (which increases accuracy by 16) the tooltip still displayed 4 (the Rank 1 value). No idea if this is simply a glitch with the tooltip text or it's truely only using the Rank 1 value at this time. In any case, if you have taken Pyro Marking ability this affects you little since you'll be applying it for the crit rather than the accuracy anyway.

I took a look at this issue and I can say unequivocally that it is a tooltip bug only. You are, in fact, getting the accuracy increase as noted in the action book. I'll make sure to forward your report to the client team so they can fix the tooltip.
