My Windows XP machine will not load the game since Patch 1961. I get the opening with the news release and any new patches. Then, when I push the PLAY button a screen loads with a Knight on the right side and the word LOADING. Then the hourglass appears and after an hour I am still in a loop with the hourglass glowing. Anyway to fix this?

We are currently looking into this issue, however in the mean time try uninstalling the Alganon Client and re-installing it. Please let me know if this issue still occurs after doing so.

same here
