in beta; after starting game i cannot move past the confidentaly screen after game loads. the accept box will not activiate.only the decline. any ideas?

LOL same here I am stuck at the Agreement screen..............................sigh....

Ok guys i found how too fix this change your screen resolution to 1280by720 or higher than you can scroll down the bar too accept the agreement.

Hope this helped it worked for me.

This actually did work for me though it rather annoying.

Hi just got invited to the Beta and so far all has gone well to the point of getting to the charcter generation screen.Only problem is there's no option to create a character.

There are 2 buttons active 1/ server selection and 2/main menu...server selection works and shows the server name and main menu button crashes me to desktop. Any ideas on why i can't get in. Im guessing server is down but there is nothing to confirm this. Thanks for now.

This individual was having this problem as he was running Vista in windowed mode.

I just don't know the file tree on the Vista system to get to the file. Perhaps someone running Vista can give it .. believe it's in the Document Folder somewhere.

ifound the username document thing but when i change the resolution it just resets itself when i launch the game

Did you change the setting in the file, save and close it before launching the game?

I can't even find the file on my computer. Having the same problem as all the above, the confidentiality agreement is so large I can't see the scroll bar. And my monitor will only go to 1024 x 768.

I believe the problem is that Fileplanet beta key I just won is open beta. If you look at the status page the beta is still closed. Is this the problem? When is the beta going open? Can we get in now or do we have to wait?

I can't find that UserConfig file either, and my monitor doesn't support that high of a resolution. Is this going to get fixed soon? Because this is really annoying.

With the XP pro OS you click on your desktop computer Icon and instead of going into the HD at the top is a Hakiems Documents (in my case) and once you open that folder there should be a Alganon folder to open.

Inside the Alganon folder you'll probably see a UserConfig.xml if you have a xml editor(there are freeware ones online just google xml editor) you can change the setting the game runs in by editing the <resolution>your res</resolution> line. Save then try. If you have a low end monitor that doesn't support 1152x265x32 or 1280x1024x32 in my case then I can't help you. It'll have to be solved by someone smarter then me.

Tork, if you are going to keep moving all these threads about this error then you need to provide a link. I spent the past hour looking through your forums to try and find an answer for this problem, because I have tried everything and I cannot fix it.

If it was in plain sight and I didn't see it then my mistake. However, for future reference please post links when you move it to another sub-forum. At the very least, state which sub-forum you are moving it to...
